The Cancer Holistic Guidance Forum (CHGF) offers you a grand opportunity to serve the community, using your expertise in a particular field, and also earn name, fame and money in an ethical way. Relieving the Cancer patients from their pain and agony is really a satisfying work, giving you pleasure.

Procedure for joining: It’s very simple. All you have to do is fill up a form. When you furnish all details, and after knowing the terms and conditions, submit the form with acceptance of those. The form will be scrutinized, and on selection you will be notified for the acceptance, and you will be guided towards the payment of Rs. 4800/- for first year. Initially we are accepting only one year subscription.
On successful payment, your name will appear in the list of SP, category wise.
We will try to give wide publicity to our project. But it’s expected that all SP should also actively participate in it, so that it spreads quickly.
Desirous patients or their relatives will contact you directly. They can be members of the forum as Health Seekers (HS). You can examine their status online. If they are HS members, then you have to give 10 % concession on consultation and daily charges. If they are not HS members, you can take regular charges, specified by you in your form. These charges won’t change till completion of one year.
